Thirty years of more than just peplum films. Sword and Sandal is an all-encompassing genre with peplum a sub-genre. Or least an argument could be made to support that idea and claim. But that is not why we are here. This is an opportunity to introduce all of this wonderful and adventure laden part of cinema to you-the moviegoer and film buff-the fans of mythology and westerns to films such as the Three Musketeers, Zorro and the 7 Gladiators or the Thief of Baghdad. However, it also about one particular countries contribution the realm of what else sword and sandal-Italian style.
