Dark Chocolate-
When I talk about chocolate its dark chocolate all the way. That is where all the health benefits lye and that is where the exquisite taste of sweet and bitter reside. To be truly healthy we are looking at any chocolate that is 70% or higher in cocoa. And I would draw the line at somewhere between 85 and 92 percent. After that the chocolate becomes more suitable for baking. And for most far too bitter to indulge in. I for one have an equivalent of a 1/2 bar a day. Oh, I take a break for a day or two every few weeks.* As a rule all herbs should have a break of a few days to a week.
