The concept of the character and the storyline started after a combination of a night’s drive home from hockey practice and a conversation with his wife…. Mike’s thoughts drifted to the good ol’ days of childhood. Based on many TV and cinema spies & secret agents and their various adversaries-nemesis. From 007 (Sean Connery) to Flint (James Coburn) to Dean Martins portrayal of Matt Helm. Televison's The Avengers starring Patrick Macnee and Diana Rigg as John Steen and Mrs. Peel. All this coming from his family and more so his dad’s love of Britian …all things and these characters.
